Pisgah Property Works was created to provide something that’s often missing in property services — capability you can trust, accountability you can rely on, and work done the right way.

After years of hands-on experience across construction, property maintenance, storm recovery, demolition, and project coordination, it became clear that many property owners were being forced to choose between unreliable “handyman” services or large, impersonal contractors. Too often, work was rushed, improperly scoped, or handled by unlicensed operators with limited accountability.

At the same time, valuable materials, equipment, and structures were being treated as waste — hauled off without consideration for their history, value, or potential to be reused.

Pisgah Property Works was founded to bridge those gaps.

As a licensed North Carolina contractor, Pisgah Property Works operates with a broader skill set, higher standards, and greater responsibility than typical service providers. This allows us to take on complex, labor-intensive, and equipment-driven work — including demolition, hauling, junk and equipment removal, and selective dismantling — while maintaining the professionalism, safety, and compliance property owners expect.

Our approach is intentional. Not everything needs to be demolished. Not everything belongs in a landfill.

In addition to traditional removals and clean-ups, we specialize in:
